About Amro Music

Amro is the largest piano, band, and orchestra store in the Mid-South and one of the largest in the nation.

Family-owned and operated in Memphis since 1921.

Amro Music has a large selection of musical instruments in stock — over 6,000.  All instruments — band, orchestra, pianos, organs — are available for rent or purchase.

Amro introduced the concept of renting musical instruments for students over 50 years ago and today supplies the vast majority of the instruments in the Mid-South.

Full-time instrument experts, many with music education degrees and teaching experience, help students and their parents choose appropriate instruments.

The Amro recital hall accommodates up to one hundred attendees and is available without charge to the music community for recitals & music education events.

Amro educational representatives regularly visit almost every school in the Mid-South, making sure instruments are working properly and students have what they need to play.
